Summer Camp Quick Enrollment Form

Just fill out this quick form and pay your deposit to enroll and secure a spot!  

Your initial payment of $50 holds your place in camp.

Should you need to cancel your enrollment we will refund your deposit until two weeks before camp. 

We will send you an email two weeks before camp to make your payment for the remaining balance.  

Due to planning/staffing/materials, payments are non-refundable two weeks before camp unless you provide proof of a medical or financial emergency.
